- Eligible new customers who successfully apply for the X Cash.AI loan for the first time with the promotion code “DANCE”, regardless of whether the application is approved or not, he/she can obtain $100 X Pay E-cash Voucher.
- For eligible new customers with an approved loan amount of $20,000 or above, The loan account must be in normal and active status (overdue, write-off, and frozen are all regarded as abnormal accounts), and the daily loan balance needs to maintain $20,000 or above within 90 days upon loan contract confirmation day to entitle $200 X Pay E-cash Voucher, $1,000 Cash Rebate, and additional $300 shopping coupon. (2) X Pay E-cash Voucher will be issued 30 days after the last day of the month from the day of successful application. The promo code will be issued automatically to X Wallet and will have an in-app message to notify eligible customers about the completion of the rewards distribution.
(3) The additional $200 X Pay E-cash Voucher and $1,000 Cash Rebate will be automatically credited to the X Wallet ” Rewards” wallet 90 days after the last day of the month in which the loan agreement is confirmed and will have an in-app message to notify eligible customers about the completion of the rewards distribution.
(4) Eligible customers will be contacted for a $300 shopping coupon collection by our customer service team via WhatsApp 90 days after the last day of the month in which the loan agreement is confirmed.
- This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) is valid from 7 June 2024 to 30 June 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
- This offer does not apply to new customers who have applied for X Cash.AI loan within the past 12 months (i.e. 7 June 2024 onwards) of this promotion.
- The promotion is only applicable to new eligible customers who successfully apply and confirm the X Cash.AI loan contract for the first time during the promotion period, with a loan amount of $20,000 or more, where customers who do not have a loan account within 12 months from the date of confirmation of the loan contract.
- “New customer” refers to those who are not holding X Cash.AI laon account in past 12 months from the date of confirming the loan contract.
- To enjoy the promotion, the promotion code “DANCE” must be entered during the loan application process, and no subsequent supplements or changes will be accepted.

The rewards will be delivered in a first-come-first-served basis.
- The time for submitting loan applications is subject to the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Late applications will not be accepted.
- Customers will only entitle this offer once during the promotion period. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers.
- Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited will be deemed to have waived its liability when the coupon code rewards are credited to X Wallet’s account.
- Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited will be deemed to have waived its liability when the $300 shopping coupon is successfully delivered.
- The offer is neither transferable, cancellable nor returnable. The company reserves the right to replace the E-cash Voucher with another of equal value without prior notice.
- The Company is not the supplier of the voucher and is not responsible for the voucher. The supplier is solely responsible for any liability in relation to the voucher. If you have any queries, comments or complaints regarding the voucher, please contact the supplier directly.
- The company reserves the right to verify the customers’ identity. Customers will be disqualified from the offer without prior notice if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customers or verify the customer’s identity.
- All the personal information collected will follow the personal data privacy policies of the company.
- The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues which cause the customer to delay or miss for submitting an application. The customers cannot make any legal action or investigation to the company.
- The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer or stop this loan promotion program at any time without prior notice. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right of final decision.

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
