Reward Details
- On any Saturday or Sunday within the Promotion Period, new customers^ who submit a first-time loan application for X Cash.AI with the promotion code “XWE07” entered during the application process will be entitled to $300 X Pay e-Cash voucher, regardless of the loan approval status. The customers will also be entitled to a Marshall Emberton II speaker once the loan contract is confirmed ($1,499 in value).
- ^To be eligible for participating in this promotion, customers must fulfill the below:
- Do not hold any X Wallet and / or X Lend loan account in the past 12 months;
- Apply for X Cash.AI for the first time within the promotion period and enter the promotion code “XWE07” during the application process to be entitled to $300 X Pay e-Cash voucher.
- *To be eligible for gaining the Marshall Emberton II speaker, the loan amount and X Cash.AI loan account of the customers must fulfill the below:
- Confirm the loan contract with the promotion code “XWE07” entered during the application process;
- Maintain a normal and active X Cash.AI loan account (delayed repayment, bad debt, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) and a $20,000 or above remaining balance of their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 90 days starting from the enforcement date of the loan contract.

Redemption Details
A. $300 X Pay e-Cash Voucher
- Upon a successful loan application in regardless of the loan approval status, customers will receive $300 X Pay e-Cash voucher after 30 days of the end of the promotional period (i.e. on or before 29 October 2024) and they will be informed about the reward release via Inbox Message within the X Wallet App.
- Eligible Customers are required to login to their X Wallet App and complete the registration procedures of X Pay account under the X Pay page for the redemption. The e-Cash Voucher will be released to the corresponding X Pay account automatically upon successful registration.
B. One Marshall Emberton II Speaker (“Speaker”)
- Customers must maintain a $20,000 or above remaining balance of their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 90 days starting from the enforcement date of the loan contract. The Marshall Emberton II Speaker ($1,499 in value (random colour)) (provided by the supplier) will be released within 60 days upon the confirmation of customer fulfilling the above eligibility, and they will be informed about the reward release via Inbox Message within the X Wallet App.
- Customers are required to fill out the designated Google form to confirm the Speaker redemption date and time, and they must redeem the Speaker in person at the designated redemption location.
- Customers must present the redemption notice and sign an acknowledgement of receipt in order to redeem the Speaker. The Speaker shall not be made up if it is not redeemed within the reservation date and time.
- The Speaker cannot be resold, refunded or exchanged for cash.
- The Speaker can only be redeemed in person at designated locations, and cannot be given via mailing or collecting on behalf of others.
- X Wallet is not the supplier of the Speaker, please refer to the information provided on the Speaker package or contact with the supplier for the functions, appearance, warranty, performance and usability of the Speaker. Any disputes arising from the Speaker shall be resolved between customers and the supplier directly.
- The value of the Speaker is for reference only, and may be adjusted by the supplier. The adjustment shall not be controlled nor proposed by X Wallet.
- This Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 13 July 2024 to 29 September 2024 (on every Saturday and Sunday) (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- Only HKID cardholder aged 18 or above are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- For any successful first-time application of X Cash.AI made within the Promotion Period, which the Customers enter the promotion code during the application process, the Customers will be entitled to $300 X Pay e-Cash voucher, regardless of the loan approval status. Customers will also be entitled to a Marshall Emberton II Speaker (“Speaker”) if they maintain a $20,000 or above remaining balance of their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 90 days starting from the enforcement date of the loan contract. For details about the eligibility of the Customers, eligibility and release of the e-Cash Voucher and Speaker, please refer to the Promotion Details and Redemption Details aforementioned.
- Promotion code must be entered during the loan application process, where subsequent supplements or changes are not allowed.
- The submission time of loan application is subject to the system record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“The Company”). Late applications will not be accepted.
- Customer can enjoy the offer once within the Promotion Period. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. In case of multiple applications received from the same Referee, The Company will only consider the earliest application as valid.
- The Rewards under this Promotion are non-transferrable, non-reversible and non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to replace the rewards with any item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to check the Proof of Identity to verify the identity of customers. If the information provided by the customers is incomplete, unclear, missing, or if the customers cannot be contacted nor their identity cannot be verified, The Company reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility to this Promotion with prior notice.
- To avoid any conflict of interest, employees and agents of The Company are prohibited from participating in this Promotion.
- Customers must keep their X Cash.AI loan account normal and active (delayed repayment, bad debt, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) within 90 says upon the enforcement date of the loan contract. If they close, cancel the X Cash.AI loan account, or settle the loan before the reward release, all the rewards under this Promotion will be forfeited.
- The use of X Pay e-Cash Voucher is subject to terms and conditions. For the terms and conditions of X Pay e-Cash Voucher service, please refer to the X Pay website (zero-xpay.com) or inquire with the relevant supplier.
- All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The Company.
- The Company will not accept any liability for any delays or losses of application data submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues. Customers shall not hold The Company for accountable.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Condition or suspend this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any customer and forfeit their rewards for any provision of false information or breach of the Terms and Conditions within or after the Promotion Period.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to make final decision.
