X Wallet members successfully recommend each relative and friends to apply and confirm the X Wallet personal loan (“X Wallet loan”) contract for the first time fulfilling below requirements, they will entitle for HK$500 cash rebates.
If 2 or more relatives and friends who confirm X Wallet loan contracts are recommended, each referrer and referee will get extra rewards of a set of movie ticket & soft drink:
To be eligible to get the cash rebates, the Referee must maintain his/her X Wallet loan account in an active and normal status, cannot be settled and their remaining balance must 50% or above upon the approved loan amount every day, from the 1st day to 60th on signing contract day.
To be eligible to get the cash rebates and extra rewards for Referrers, the Referrer must attain the requirement mentioned above.

Successfully recommend 2 relatives and friends confirming X Wallet loan contract, the referrer and 2 referees (3 people in total) will receive a total of HK$1,500 cash rebate (HK$500*3) + movie tickets and three sets of soft drinks;
Successfully recommend 3 relatives and friends confirming X Wallet loan contract, the referrer and 3 referees (4 people in total) will receive a total of HK$2,000 cash rebate (HK$500*4) + four sets of movie tickets and soft drinks, and so on.
2. How do I participate in the Member Get Member (“MGM”) program?
You just simply register as an X Wallet member and confirm with agree the MGM’s terms and conditions for this program.
3. What are the criteria the member must meet in order to eligible for the MGM rewards?
I. Referrer must be Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 or above.
II. Referrer and Referee are both registered as an X Wallet member.
III. If Referrer has an X Wallet eXpress Loan (“X Wallet loan”) account, Referrer must maintain the loan account as normal status.
IV. Referee must maintain their X Wallet loan account as normal status and not settled.
V. Referee must be the new applicant for X Wallet loan, OR X Wallet member that has never been reactivated and applied for an X Wallet loan in the past 12-months period.
VI. Referee must confirm the loan contract and has drawdown successfully.
4. How do I refer someone?
Each Referrer has their unique personal referral code, which is displayed on the ‘Referral & Rewards’ Page. The Referrer can recommend anyone to apply for the X Wallet loan by sharing your referral code, referral URL or referral QR code.
5. How do I use the referral code?
When logged-in to X Wallet, the Referee cans enter the referral code during the X Wallet loan application process; If the Referee used a referral URL or QR code to open X Wallet and apply for an X Wallet loan, the system will verify the identity of both the Referrer and Referee automatically.
6. Is there a limit on the number of referrals?
There is no limit, we welcome the Referrer to recommend X wallet as much as they want.
7. How do I redeem my rewards?
HK$500 Cash rebates: Log-in to X Wallet and simply tap the withdraw button at the ‘ Referral & Rewards’ Page. We will then transfer the rewards into your designated Hong Kong bank account. The money transfer takes around 2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday or public holiday).
Movie ticket & soft drinks set: Eligible customers are required to register via WhatsApp (2531 0331) by entering their X Wallet registration mobile number and English name within one week (7 calendar days) after the referee confirms the loan contract. After receiving the customer’s registration and being verified, X Wallet will send the ticket voucher number to the customer through a message within 3 working days. Customers must arrive at the cinema 30 minutes before the screening time by person, do the on-site registration with the proof of Ticket Voucher number (screencap is not acceptable), so as to exchange the movie tickets to watch the film and receive a soft drink. If the customers are not able to present the proof showing ticket voucher number, no movie ticket and soft drinks can be redeemed. there will be NO waiting for late-comers (45 minutes after the openings) for redeem movie ticket and soft drinks.
- This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
- The Referee must be the new customer for X Wallet eXpress Loan (“X Wallet loan”), confirmed loan contract and has drawdown successfully. Each Referrer & Referee can get HK$500 cash rebates.
- “New customer” refers to those who are not holding X Wallet loan account in past 12 months from the date of confirming the loan contract.
- The Referee needs to insert referral code and apply for the X Wallet loan within the promotion period, the application is based on the loan contract confirmation time. All date and time-related are subject to the system report and Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“the company”) final decision. Any delayed loan contract confirmations are not accepted.
- The Member Get Member (“MGM”) program is only available to Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 or above.
- The MGM program is only available for X Wallet members, who include Referrer and Referee. The Referee must be the new applicant for X Wallet loan and confirmed loan contract and drawdown successfully. Or X Wallet member that has never been reactivated and applied for an X Wallet loan in the past 12-months period, and confirmed loan contract and drawdown successfully.
- Each new customer (i.e., Referee) can only be referred to once. If more than one Referrers recommend the same Referee, only the first Referrer according to the record of the company will be eligible for the referral reward.
- The referral code must be entered during the loan application process, the referral code cannot be corrected after the referral code has been accepted, supplementary are not accepted.
- The company reserves the right to verify the member’s identity. Loan customer will be disqualified from the MGM program if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the member or verify the member’s identity.
- All personal information collected will abide by the data policies of the company.
- The rewards from the MGM program are not transferable.
- To avoid any conflict of interest, employees and agents of the company cannot participate in the MGM program.
- The Referrer and the Referee cannot be the same person, nor use the same bank account to receive the rewards.
- The referral method that the Referrer used must be lawful, otherwise, the company has the right to cancel the referral reward for the Referrer.
- If Referrer has an X Wallet loan account, Referrer must maintain their X Wallet loan account as normal status in order to withdraw the cash rebates.
- Referee must maintain their X Wallet account as normal status in order to withdraw the cash rebates.
- When the system receives the instruction for the withdrawal of the reward, the money will be transferred immediately. The money transfer will take around 2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday or public holiday), depending on the real-life situation and the designated bank that you are using.
- Referrer and Referee must ensure the bank account information provided is correct, accurate and active. The company will not accept any liability for any circumstances that caused or discovered that the reward failed to transfer to the designated bank account.
- Within 60 days after the Referee successfully confirms the loan contract, if Referee or Referrer fails to provide the correct bank account used for receiving awards, it will be deemed to automatically give up the relevant reward.
- To be eligible to get the cash rebates, the Referee must maintain his/her X Wallet loan account in an active and normal status, cannot be settled and their remaining balance must 50% or above upon the approved loan amount every day, from the 1st day to 60th on signing contract day.
For example: The approved amount of the client (Referee) is $40,000, and the confirming loan contract date: 2023-04-01
During 2023-04-01 to 2023-05-31 (60-day period), the daily outstanding must be maintained at least $20,000 or above to qualify for the rebate from Marketing. - To be eligible to get the cash rebates and extra rewards for Referrers, the Referrer must attain the requirement mentioned in “Terms and Conditions” Point 21 (i.e. the Referee must maintain his/her X Wallet loan account in an active and normal status, cannot be settled and their remaining balance must 50% or above upon the approved loan amount every day, from the 1st day to 60th on signing contract day.)
- Cash rebates will be distributed to eligible Referrer and Referee within 90 days upon signed contract day of the Referee, and will have in-app message to notify customers the completion of the rebate distribution.
- The rewards would be cancelled, if the Referrer or Referee close, cancel or settle the X Wallet member account under any circumstance.
- All eligible customers who participate in the movie watching must redeem the movie tickets in person with the proof of ticket exchange number and English name identification (such as the original ID card, etc.), and cannot redeem movie tickets on behalf of other people for any reasons.
- If movie tickets and soft drinks set are sold out or replaced, the company reserves the right to replace them with other gifts of the same value (such as movie cash coupons, cinema gift cards, etc.) without prior notice.
- Movie tickets and soft drinks are not for sales. Anyone found selling movie tickets and/or soft drinks will be disqualified for entitling the movie tickets and soft drinks set.
- The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues that cause the member to delay or missed the submission of an application.
- The company reserves the right to amend these terms and condition or suspend this MGM program without any prior notice.
- The company will not accept any liability for any loss due to failure to follow the instruction of the MGM program.
- The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the member and withdraw the MGM program if the personal information provided is found to be fake or breach of the terms and conditions.
- By participating in the MGM program, each member agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of member, to withdraw the MGM program and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions is found.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
