- Designated Customers (“Customers”) who receive the invitation message, login to X Wallet and withdraw a loan (“X Wallet Loan”) of $5,000 or above on the day of the Promotion Period will enjoy a free Drip Coffee Set (valued at $58). Rewards are available while stocks last and without prior notice.
- To be eligible for the offer, the customer’s account must maintain an average daily outstanding balance of at least $5,000 for a period of 14 days from the date of withdrawal, be in active status at all times (late payments, bad debts, etc. are considered as abnormal accounts) and not be able to be settled.
- Reward notification will be sent to eligible customers 2 weeks after the promotion date.
Redemption Details
- Eligible customers will be notified of their rewards, and are required to fill out a Google form to register the date and time for rewards redemption, and redeem the rewards in person at the designated redemption location, and must present the rewards notification and sign for confirmation of receipt to receive the rewards. If you do not redeem the rewards on the scheduled date and time, or redeem the rewards after the scheduled date and time, the rewards will not be reissued.
- Each eligible customer can only redeem one gift with the redemption notification, the gift cannot be exchanged for other products, nor be transferred/exchanged for cash rebate.
- Gift can only be redeemed in person at the designated location, not by mail or on behalf of the customer.
- Customers are advised to check the expiry date of the gift and whether the gift is damaged or not when redeeming the gift. If there is any problem, please contact the staff at the venue immediately.

- Existing customers are required to login to X Wallet to withdraw the loan during the Promotion Period of this Promotion Plan, subject to the time of successful loan withdrawal and based on the computer record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the Company), late loan withdrawal will not be accepted.

- The rewards under the Program are not transferable, exchangeable for cash rebate, cancellable nor returnable.

- The company reserves the right to verify the customers’ identity. Customers will be disqualified from the offer without prior notice if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customers or verify the customer’s identity.

- If the customer closes, cancels or settle his/her X Wallet loan account before the reward is issued, all rewards will be cancelled immediately.
