Marketing Department
Head of Marketing
In this role, you will perform:
- Maintain overall awareness of all marketing actitives – Planning, implementing, monitoring and measuring marketing strategies and promotions against budgets in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Leading the team in developing marketing and brand development strategies, business promotion plans and driving customer acquisition.
- Use data as guidance to enhance conversion funnel at each stage and optimise user experience and product UI.
- Analyze and measure the marketing effectiveness of all ATL and BTL marketing channels and provide recommendations to improve the performance of marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Manage and coordinate the marketing branding department, develop and update departmental systems and process specifications to ensure efficient, accurate and timely execution of all marketing strategies at effective levels.
- Reposition the marketing brand, accurately position and differentiate brand attributes and target groups to create the brand image of the market leading innovative financial services platform.
- Monitor and analyze marketing costs and campaign effectiveness, make quick and effective strategy adjustments or strategy recommendations based on data and user feedback.
- Get close to market updates and look for opportunities to adopt or adapt proven best practices that could enhance your own offering.
- While growing the business performance, there is also a need to grow the team, thru assessing the current and future skill gaps based on business goals and growth plans, and ensure KPIs and OKRs are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing, journalism, advertising, financial management or other related disciplines.
- Familiar with Hong Kong market, proficient in ATL and BTL marketing pipeline promotion and branding in Hong Kong, with relevant resources.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance or FMCG retail industry and proficiency in Digital and Financial marketing.

Assistant Branding Marketing Manager
In this role, you will perform:
- Support the development of brand and communication strategies for X Wallet’s fintech branding and marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media calendar and oversee posting on all social media accounts.
- Develop a draft pitch and draft copy for all posts across handles for social media.
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for posts.
- Create and facilitate PR campaigns.
- Manage timelines, budgets, procurement, and resources for assigned projects.
- Work independently while supervising appointed suppliers and agencies in planning and executing campaigns and tasks.
- Provide brand governance advice and guidance to teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

X PAY Commercial Team
Operations Manager
In this role, you will perform:
- Manage positive relationships with external payment partner networks for deeper partnership opportunities and ensure smooth delivery of operations in coordination with internal parties.
- Drive operational excellence in sales operations, identify areas for improvement in operating procedure simplification, streamlining, and standardization.
- Lead merchant campaign in a cost- and time-efficient manner to perform merchant training and onboarding under compliance guideline to fulfil requirement of COB/ Client Due Diligence/KYC checking/AML screening.
- Keep up with the latest industry & market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in the payment sector, and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales productivity and achieve targets.
- Work closely with our product and marketing teams to optimize our payment solutions for the market.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline and performance.
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc incoming requests.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Approximately 2-5 years of relevant payment / finance experience, preferably with a fast growing fintech startup/ payment service/ B2B SaaS platform.
- Highly motivated problem solver able to identify issues and provide solutions in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin, with strong knowledge of MS Office applications, WhatsApp, Outlook etc communication tools.
- Independent, self-initiative and good interpersonal skills.
Business Development Manager
In this role, you will perform:
- Meet and achieve or even overachieve assigned sales target & company KPI.
- Upsell & cross-sell company products and financial services.
- Acquire and manage strategic partners for Zero Finance, particularly within payment solutions, financial services, e-commerce platforms and large retailers.
- Recruit merchants through direct approach and/or channel partners and/or webinars/seminars.
- Manage all processes for acquiring & managing partnerships and merchants, including prospecting, meetings, contracting, integration (if required), onboarding and ongoing management like enablement & activation.
- Coordinate with internal teams within Zero Finance, including Risk Control, Product Development, Sales & Marketing, and Business Operations where required to deliver a seamless experience for our partners.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to build towards a long-lasting relationship.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in partnership, sales, marketing or business development. Payment technology knowledge is highly desired.
Extensive retail, luxury or F&B clients and with proven track record of sales achievements.
Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development preferred.
Experience in strategy/ops or working in FinTech or Payment or a fast-growing start-up would be advantageous.
Existing relationships / strong network with referral partners in financial services, technology, e-commerce, or start-ups preferred.
Great written and communication skills in both Chinese & English.
Strong analytical skills with experience with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
