Credit
Credit Officer
In this role, you will perform:
- Understand business needs, operation process and workflow of business project system
- Assist in design business project system workflow
- Maintain close relationship with agency and vendors
- Communicate and coordinate between business users and development teams
- Assist in properties appraisal on mortgage loan application and loan portfolio reviewing
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Tertiary education or above, finance or other business related disciplines are preferred
- Preferably 2 years relevant experience in Consumer Financing industry
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong adaptability and flexibility
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
- Fresh graduates are welcome

Business Development
Product Development Manager
In this role, you will perform:
- Manage and coordinate the product development projects and activities for new and existing products
- Participate in the design of consumer finance, online cash loan, and revolving credits, etc.
- Provide professional knowledge to empower consumers and merchants by offering digital enabled financial products
- Create, implement and maintain Product Development reporting tools
- Collaborate and work closely with internal business stakeholders, IT, and Marketing department to define product features and function specifications
- Communicate with online e-commerce/ payment enablers to maintain a good relationship or long-term cooperation
- Establish sales strategies and execute plans to expand networks and enhance product awareness in Hong Kong
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, or the relevant;
- Preferably 5 years relevant experience in product development in a multi-national FinTech company or IT or consulting firm
- Solid experience in loan management, AML, KYC, collection and asset management etc. is an advantage
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong communication, project management, time management and business analysis skills
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing

System Coordination
IT Business Analyst
In this role, you will perform:
- Manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. Act as a bridge between business users, technical team and vendors to ensure the business requirements well address business needs
- Develop, review, and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to a proposed solution
- Work closely with development team and external vendors to ensure the requirements can be completed timely.
- Prepare test plans, conduct testing, coordinate UAT and provide user training.
- Provide technical support to Sales / Business Unit team on product development, pre- and post-sales process
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or other related disciplines
- Preferably 1 to 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge in banking / finance operations and mobile technology is a plus
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, ideally MS Office, Axrue RP, MS Visio
- Practical experience in analyzing and verifying user requirements versus business processes to develop programmable documents
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Self-motivated, positive, able to work under pressure with emphasis on deliverables
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
