New X Cash.AI Member Get Member program brings you elevated rewards. Refer your friends to apply X Cash.AI for the first time, you are eligible to earn $1,000 rewards from each referral once they successfully draw down the loan. Referee is also eligible to earn rewards up to $2,000. No limit on the number of referral. The more you refer, the greater rewards you can get.
[Reward 1 – Successful Application]
For every successful first-time application of X Cash.AI where the referee (“Referee^”) enters the Unique Referral Code of their Referrer during the application process, Referee will get $300 X Pay e-Cash Voucher, regardless of the loan approval status.
[Reward 2 – Successful Loan Drawdown]
For every successful first-time application of X Cash.AI where the referee enters the Unique Referral Code of their Referrer during the application process, Referee will get a $1,700 Cash Rewards when they successfully draw down a loan amount of $20,000 or above*. Referrer will also be entitled to a $500 X Pay e-Cash Voucher and $500 Cash Rewards correspondingly.
^To be eligible for participating in this promotion, the Referee must fulfill the below:
1. Have not applied or hold any X Cash.AI account in the past 12 months;
2. *Enter the Unique Referral Code of their Referrer during the application process and successfully draw down a loan amount of $20,000 or above;
3. Have not settled the loan and maintain a loan amount of $20,000 in their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 120 days starting from the enforcement date of the loan contract.
Both the Referrer and Referee must also keep their X Cash.AI loan account normal and active (delayed repayment, bad debt, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) in order to be entitled to the relevant rewards.

Redemption Details
Reward 1 (Successful Application) will be released within 30 days after the end of promotion period. For Reward 2 (Successful Loan Drawdown), Customers must maintain a minimum daily loan remaining balance of $20,000 or above under their X Cash.AI loan account for 120 days, starting from the enforcement date of loan contract. The rewards will be released within 60 days upon the confirmation of customer fulfilling the above eligibility. Eligible Referrer and Referee (“Eligible Customers”) will be informed about the release of the two Rewards via Inbox Message within the X Wallet App.
A. Cash Rewards
- Cash Rewards will be credited to the “Reward” Wallet within the X Wallet App.
- In order to withdraw the Cash Rewards, Eligible Customers shall login to their X Wallet App, click the “Bank Cards” page under their “Profile” and add their receiving Hong Kong bank account details. The Cash Rewards will be transferred to the designated Hong Kong bank account in approximately two working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- Customers are required to ensure the beneficiary bank account number entered is true, correct and valid. The Company will not be responsible for any failure to transfer the Reward to the account under any circumstances.
- All loan accounts of the customer must be in normal condition in order to withdraw the reward.
- If there is no transaction in the customer’s reward wallet in past 24 months, all reward balances will be expired.
- If a customer closes or cancels his/her X Lend account under any circumstances, all rewards will be deemed as forfeited.
B. X Pay e-Cash Voucher
- Eligible Customers are required to login to their X Wallet App and complete the registration procedures of X Pay account under the X Pay page for the redemption. The e-Cash Voucher will be released to the corresponding X Pay account automatically upon successful registration.
About X Cash.AI Member Get Member Program (“MGM Program”)
- How to participate in the MGM Program?
For any Hong Kong permanent resident aged 18 or above, they are eligible to participate in the MGM Program by registering as a member of X Wallet and agreeing the Terms and Conditions of the MGM Program.
- How to make a referral?
Each Referrer has their own Unique Referral Code (“Referral Code”) displayed on the “X Lend Reward” page within the X Wallet App. Referrer can share the Referral Code, unique referral URL or the QR code automatically generated by the system to their family and friends, and refer them for an application of the X Cash.AI.
- How to use the Referral Code?
After Referee login to the X Wallet App, they shall apply X Cash.AI at the X Lend Homepage. The Referral Code entered by the Referee during the loan application process will be authenticated by the system. If the loan application is made from a login to X Wallet App via a unique referral URL or QR code, the system will automatically identify the identities of the Referrer and their Referees. - Is there any limit on the number of referrals?
No, the more you refer, the greater rewards you can get.
- This MGM Program (“Promotion”) is valid from 1 January 2025 to 28 February 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- Only HKID cardholder aged 18 or above are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- For any successful first-time application of X Cash.AI (e. no application and/ or hold of any X Lend loan in the past 12 months) made within the Promotion Period, which the Referee enters the Unique Referral Code of their Referrer during the application process or apply via unique referral URL or the QR code automatically generated by the system, Referee will be entitled to $300 X Pay e-Cash Voucher (“Reward 1”), regardless of the loan approval status.
- If Referee completed a successful drawdown of X Cash.AI at the amount of $20,000 or above, and maintain a loan amount of $20,000 in their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 120 days upon the enforcement of the loan contract, the Referee will be entitled to $1,700 Cash Rebate. The Referrer will also be entitled to $500 X Pay e-Cash Voucher and $500 Cash Rebate correspondingly (“Reward 2”).
- For details about the eligibility of the Referrer and Referee, eligibility and release of the e-Cash Voucher and Cash Rewards, please refer to the Promotion Details and Redemption Details aforementioned.
- The Referral Code must be entered during the loan application process, where subsequent supplements or changes are not allowed.
- The submission time of loan application is subject to the system record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“The Company”). Late applications will not be accepted.
- Customer can only be referred once within the Promotion Period. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. In case of multiple applications received from the same Referee, The Company will only consider the earliest application as valid.
- The Rewards under this Promotion are non-transferrable, non-reversible and non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to replace the rewards with any item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to check the Proof of Identity to verify the identity of customers. If the information provided by the customers is incomplete, unclear, missing, or if the customers cannot be contacted nor their identity cannot be verified, The Company reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility to this Promotion with prior notice.
- To avoid any conflict of interest, employees of The Company are prohibited from participating in this Promotion.
- The Referrer and the Referee cannot be the same person, nor using the same bank account to receive any reward.
- The referral of a Referee must be taken through a lawful means. Otherwise, The Company reserves the right to cancel the release of the relevant rewards to the Referrer.
- Customers must ensure that the information of the receiving bank account provided is authentic, accurate and valid. The Company does not accept the liability for any circumstances or any relevant causes for the failure of reward transferal to the designated bank account.
- If the Referrer or Referee fails to provide their receiving bank account details within 30 days upon the successful loan application, it will be deemed as an automatic forfeit of the relevant rewards.
- Customers must keep their X Cash.AI loan account normal and active (delayed repayment, bad debt, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) within 120 days upon the enforcement date of the loan contract. If they close, cancel the X Cash.AI loan account, or settle the loan before the reward release, all the rewards under this Promotion will be forfeited.
- The use of X Pay e-Cash Voucher is subject to terms and conditions. For the terms and conditions of X Pay e-Cash Voucher service, please refer to the X Pay website (zero-xpay.com) or inquire with the relevant supplier.
- All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The Company.
- The Company will not accept any liability for any delays or losses of application data submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues. Customers shall not hold The Company for accountable.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Condition or suspend this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any customer and forfeit their rewards for any provision of false information or breach of the Terms and Conditions within or after the Promotion Period.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers accept and agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of participation or to the rewards of customers for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to pursue legal action against any behavior that disrupts the event.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to make final decision.
