1. X Pay users^ who submit a first-time loan application for X Cash.AI with the promotion code “XHOT” entered during the application process will be entitled to $300 X Pay e-Cash voucher, regardless of the loan approval status. Additionally, customers will be entitled to a $700 cash rebate once the loan contract is confirmed*.
2. ^To be eligible for participating in this promotion, customers must fulfill the below:
A. Agreed to the X Pay Terms of Use before applying for the X Cash.AI during the promotion period
B. Do not hold any X Wallet and / or X Lend loan account in the past 12 months.
3. *To be eligible for gaining the reward, the loan amount and X Cash.AI loan account of the customers must fulfill the below:
A. Confirm the loan contract with the promotion code “XHOT” entered during the application process;
B. Maintain a normal and active X Cash.AI loan account (delayed repayment, bad debt, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) and a $15,000 or above remaining balance of their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 90 days starting from the enforcement date of the loan contract.

Redemption Details
A. $300 X Pay e-Cash Voucher
1. Upon a successful loan application, in regardless of the loan approval status, customers will receive a $300 X Pay e-Cash voucher within 30 days from the last day of the month when the customer successfully submitted the application. Customers will be informed about the reward release through the inbox message of X Wallet App.
2. Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration procedures of X Pay account and agreed to the X Pay Terms of Use. The e-Cash Voucher will be released to the corresponding X Pay account automatically.
3. The e-Cash voucher cannot be resold, refunded or exchanged for cash. No change shall be provided.
4. X Wallet is not the supplier of the e-Cash voucher, please refer to the information provided on the e-Cash voucher or contact the supplier for the usage details, terms and conditions of the e-Cash voucher. Any disputes arising from the e-Cash voucher shall be resolved directly between customers and the supplier.
1. Customers must maintain a $15,000 or above remaining balance of their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 90 days, starting from the enforcement date of the loan contract. The cash rebates will be automatically credited to the “Rewards” wallet in the X Lend section. Eligible customers will be notified through the inbox message of X Wallet App.
2. To withdraw the cash rebate, customers must login to the X Wallet App, navigate to the “Personal” page and click the “Bank Card” option to add their Hong Kong bank account number. The cash rebate will be credited to the designated Hong Kong bank account in about two working days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).
1. This Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 25 July 2024 to 30 September 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. Only HKID cardholders aged 18 or above are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
3. The Promotion is only applicable to new eligible customers who successfully apply and confirm the X Cash.AI loan contract for the first time during the promotion period, provided they do not have a loan account within 12 months preceding the date of confirmation of the loan contract.
4. For any successful first-time application of X Cash.AI made within the Promotion Period, which the Customers enter the promotion code during the application process, the Customers will be entitled to $300 X Pay e-Cash voucher, regardless of the loan approval status. Customers will also be entitled to a $700 cash rebate if they maintain a $15,000 or above remaining balance of their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 90 days starting from the enforcement date of the loan contract. For details about the eligibility of the Customers, eligibility and release of the e-Cash Voucher and Cash Rebate, please refer to the Promotion Details and Redemption Details aforementioned.
5. To enjoy the promotion, the promo code “XHOT” must be entered during the loan application process. Subsequent supplements or changes are not allowed.
6. The use of X Pay e-Cash Voucher is subject to terms and conditions. For the terms and conditions of X Pay e-Cash Voucher service, please refer to the X Pay website (zero-xpay.com) or inquire with the relevant supplier.
7. The submission time of loan application is subject to the system record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“The Company”). Late applications will not be accepted.
8. Customer can enjoy the offer once within the Promotion Period. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. In case of multiple applications received, the Company will only consider the earliest application as valid.
9. The Rewards under this Promotion are non-transferrable, non-reversible and non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to replace the rewards with any item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice.
10. The Company reserves the right to check the Proof of Identity to verify the identity of customers. If the information provided by the customers is incomplete, unclear, missing, or if the customers cannot be contacted nor their identity cannot be verified, The Company reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility to this Promotion with prior notice.
11. The Company is not the supplier of the voucher and is not responsible for the voucher. The supplier is solely responsible for any liability in relation to the voucher. If you have any queries, comments, or complaints regarding the voucher, please contact the supplier directly.
12. All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The Company.
13. The Company will not accept any liability for any delays or losses of application data submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues. Customers shall not hold The Company for accountable.
14. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Condition or suspend this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
15. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any customer and forfeit their rewards for any provision of false information or breach of the Terms and Conditions within or after the Promotion Period.
16. By participating in this Promotion, customers accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of participation or to the rewards of customers for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to pursue legal action against any behavior that disrupts the event.
17. Customers must keep their X Cash.AI loan account normal and active (delayed repayment, bad debt, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) within 90 days upon the enforcement date of the loan contract. If they close, cancel the X Cash.AI loan account, or settle the loan before the reward release, all the rewards under this Promotion will be forfeited.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to make final decision.
