Promotion Details
1) X Pay users^ (hereinafter referred to as the “Customers”) can receive $200 Ice-cream Gift Voucher for their first time application for the X Cash.AI by entering the promo code “XSUMMER” during the application process. Customers who withdraw their loans from 13 May 2024 to 30 June 2024, will receive a $200 X Pay e-cash coupon and a $600 cash reward.
2) ^To participate in this promotion, customers must:
a. Agreed to the X Pay Terms of Use before applying for the X Cash.AI during the promotion period
b. Have not applied for the X Cash.AI (previous named X Wallet loan) within the past 12 months.
3) Eligible customers can receive a $200 Ice-cream Gift Voucher for their first time application for the X Cash.AI by entering the promo code “XSUMMER” during the application process.
4) *To receive the rewards, the loan amount and X Cash.AI account status of eligible customers must fulfill the following conditions:
a. Enter the promo code “XSUMMER” during the application process and drawdown $15,000 or above successfully.
b. The X Cash.AI account must be in normal and active status (overdue, write-off, and frozen are all regarded as abnormal accounts), and the daily loan balance must be maintained at 50% or above within 90 days upon the contract effective date.

How to Redeem
A. $200 Ice-cream Gift Voucher
- 4 pieces of $50 Ice-cream Gift Voucher will be issued within 30 days from the last day of the month when the customer successfully submitted the application. Eligible customers will be notified through the inbox message of X Wallet App.
- Customers are required to fill out a Google form to confirm the Gift Voucher redemption date and time. Customers must redeem the Gift Voucher in person at the designated redemption location.
- Eligible customers must present the redemption notice and signing an acknowledgement of receipt in order to redeem the Gift Voucher. The Gift Voucher shall not be re-issued if it is not redeemed within the reservation date and time.
- The Gift Voucher cannot be resold, refunded or exchanged for cash. No change shall be provided.
- The Gift Voucher can only be redeemed in person at designated locations, and cannot be issued via mailing or collecting on behalf of others.
- When customers receive the Gift Voucher, please check whether the Gift Voucher has expired or damaged immediately. If you have any questions, please report to the on-site staff immediately.
- X Wallet is not the supplier of the Gift Voucher, please refer to the information provided on the Gift Voucher or contact with the supplier for the usage details, terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher. Any disputes arising from the Gift Voucher shall be resolved between customers and the supplier directly.
B. $200 X Pay e-cash coupon
- To receive X Pay $200 e-cash coupon, customers must log in to the X Wallet App, go to the X Pay page and complete the X Pay registration procedures. The e-cash coupon will be automatically issued to the relevant X Pay account.
- The $200 X Pay e-cash coupon will be issued within 60 days after a 90-day holding period of 50% of the loan amount granted to the customer. Eligible customers will be notified through the inbox message of X Wallet App.
- X Wallet is not the supplier of the e-cash coupon, please refer to the information provided on the e-cash coupon or contact with the supplier for the usage details, terms and conditions of the e-cash coupon. Any disputes arising from the e-cash coupon shall be resolved between customers and the supplier directly.
C. $600 cash rebate
- The cash rebates will be automatically credited to the “Rewards” wallet in the X Lend section within 60 days after a 90-day holding period of 50% of the loan amount granted to the customer. Eligible customers will be notified through the inbox message of X Wallet App.
- To withdraw the cash rebate, customers must login to the X Wallet App, click the “Personal” page and click the “Bank Card” option to add their Hong Kong bank account number. The cash rebate will be credited to the designated Hong Kong bank account in about two working days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).
- This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) is valid from 13 May 2024 to 30 June 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
- X Pay users^ (hereinafter referred to as the “Customers”) can receive a $200 Ice-cream Gift Voucher for their first time application for the X Cash.AI by entering the promo code “XSUMMER” during the application process within the promotional period. Customers who withdraw their loans from 13 May 2024 to 14 July 2024, will receive a $200 X Pay e-cash coupon and a $600 cash reward. Please refer to the “Promotion Details” and “How to redeem” stated above for details.
- To enjoy the promotion, the promo code “XSUMMER” must be entered during the loan application process. Subsequent supplements or changes is not allowed.
- The time for submitting loan applications is subject to the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Late applications will not be accepted.
- Customer will only entitle this offer once during the promotional period. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers.
- The promotion is neither transferable, cancellable nor returnable. The Company reserves the right to replace the Gift Voucher or e-cash Coupon with another of equal value item(s) without prior notice.
- The company reserves the right to verify the customers’ identity. Customers will be disqualified from the offer without prior notice if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customers or verify the customer’s identity.
- All the personal information collected will follow the personal data privacy policies of the company.
- The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues which cause the customer to delay or miss for submitting an application. The customers cannot make any legal action or investigation to the company.
- The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer or stop this loan promotion program at any time without prior notice. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right of final decision.
- The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the customers and withdraw the rewards if the personal information provided is found to be fake or any actions breach of the terms and conditions.
- By participating in this promotion, each customer agrees to be bounded by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the rights to disqualify the eligibility of customers, and withdraw the offer and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions.
- If the customer closed, cancelled or settled his/her X Lend loan account before the reward is issued, all rewards will be cancelled immediately.
If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
