Eligible members

  • Eligible members (hereinafter referred to as "members") must provide the utility bills registered in personal name within the last 6 months to enjoy the offer. The company reserves the right to verify the utilities bills of members. The company reserves the right of final interpretation of the definition of eligible members.

Promotion Detail

  • In addition to interest-free for the first 14 days, eligible members can also enjoy the rebates on the utility bills (Water bill, Electricity bill, Gas bill, Telephone monthly bill, Rates) with the maximum limit is no more than 50% of the interest generated on the first monthly statement.
  • If the payable amount on the utility bill provided by the customer exceeds the rebate maximum limit, he/she will get the maximum limit as the rebate (after the first 14 days of automatic replacement of interest, the interest generated by the first monthly statement is 50 % Amount).
  • If the payable amount on the utility bill provided by the customer is less than the maximum limit (after the first 14 days of automatic replacement of interest, the interest generated by the first monthly statement is 50 % Amount), he/she will get the payable amount on the utility bill as the rebate.

Here are the examples:

(1) Customer A submit a water bill charged as $1,000. After automatically deduction of first 14 days interest, his / her interest expense in the first monthly statement is $1,200, 50% of the interest expenses is $600 ($1,200 X 50%). Thus, Customer A can get $600 as the rebate.

(2) Customer B submit a water bill charged as $500. After automatically deduction of first 14 days interest, his / her interest expense in the first monthly statement is $1,200, 50% of the interest expenses is $600 ($1,200 X 50%). Thus, Customer B can get $500 as the rebate.

  • The account must remain in a normal and active state (overdue repayments, bad debts, etc. are all regarded as abnormal accounts) to enjoy this offer.

How to Use

  • To enjoy the offer, customers must enter the coupon code "WEG0621" during the loan application process.
  • All the interest that are generated on the first 14 days will be deducted by the system automatically. The detail of the interest payment will be shown on the first monthly statement.
  • The rebates on the utility bills (Water bill, Electricity bill, Gas bill, Telephone monthly bill, Rates) will be calculated automatically by the system. The customer will be notified to receive the rebate rewards within 45 days after receiving the first monthly statement, he/she need to login to X Wallet and simply tap the withdraw button on the “Reward Program” page to withdraw the rebate rewards. The rebate rewards will be transferred into your designated Hong Kong bank account, it takes about two working days.

 Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligible member needs enter the coupon code to apply for X Wallet loan during the promotion period, subject to the time of successful loan application and the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Late confirmation of the loan application will not be accepted.
  2. This offer is only applicable to X Wallet eligible members who have successfully approved a X Wallet loan and confirmed the loan contract for the first time, or X Wallet members who have not had an active account in the past 12 months.
  3. The 50% interest rebate for the first month refers to 50% of the interest generated by the first monthly statement will be released to the customer.
  4. Utility bills registered in personal name refers to the bills showing the name of the applicant.
  5. Each member can enjoy this offer once in the promotion period. The payable amount on the utility bills (Water bill, Electricity bill, Gas bill and Telephone monthly bill, Rates) cannot be combined.
  6. During the promotion period, the members can only submit one utility bill (Water bill, Electricity bill, Gas bill and Telephone monthly bill, Rates)(Both hard copy and electronic bills are acceptable). The company will calculate the corresponding rebate based on the payable amount on the submitted bill.
  7. The coupon code must be entered during the loan application process, supplementary or correction of the coupon code is not accepted.
  8. When the offer is valid, the amount of repayment within the first 14 days will be deducted from principal directly. No interest will be generated if all of the principal has been repaid before 5:00PM [17:00] of the following 14 days of the contract confirmation.
  9. The company reserves the right to verify the customer's identity. Customer will be disqualified from the offer if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customer or verify the customer’s identity.
  10. All the personal information collected will follow the personal data privacy policies of the company.
  11. The offer is not transferable, cancellable and returnable.
  12. The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone and other technical issues which cause the customer to delay or miss for submitting an application.
  13. The company will not accept any liability for any loss due to failing to following the instruction of the offer.
  14. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the customer if the personal information provided is found to be fake or any actions breach of the terms and conditions.
  15. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotion offers. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions herein will be subject to the final decision of the company.
  16. By participating in the offer, each customer agrees to be bounded by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the rights to disqualify the eligibility of customer, and withdraw the offer and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions.
  17. The customer must ensure that the bank account entered on the "Reward Program" page is true, correct, and valid and is the customer's own account. The company will not be responsible for any failure to transfer the rebate rewards to the account if it is discovered or caused under any circumstances.
  18. If the customer closes or cancels his/her X Wallet account before the rewards are rebated, all rewards will be cancelled immediately.
