X Wallet Referral & Rewards Program Promotion Details
Promotion Period: From 2 August 2021 until 31 October 2021

A. Prize detail
The Introducer refers 3 or more friends during the promotion period to successfully apply for the X Wallet eXpress Loan (“X Wallet loan”), in addition to the $500 cash rewards of the X Wallet Member-Get-Member (“MGM”) Program, he/she can also receive the following prizes. The more friends successfully to be referred, the more generous the prizes will be.

Example: The Introducer successfully refers 10 friends to apply for X Wallet loan during the promotion period, will get a total of ($500x10=)$5,000 cash rewards and an Apple Watch Series 6 44mm, and so on.

B. How do I participate in the MGM program and Referral & Rewards Program (the program)?
To participate in the MGM program and Referral & Rewards Program, you simply register as an X Wallet member, then confirm and agree the term and conditions of “X Wallet Reward Program Agreement”.

C. What are the criteria the member must meet in order to eligible for the MGM rewards?
I.   Introducer must be a holder of Hong Kong identity card who aged 18 or above.
II.  Introducer and Referee have both registered as an X Wallet member.
III. If Introducer has an X Wallet loan account, he/she must maintain the loan account as normal status.
IV. Referee must maintain their X Wallet loan account in a normal status.
V.  Referee must be the new applicant of X Wallet loan, OR X Wallet member who has not had an active account of X Wallet loan in the past 12-months period.

D. How to refer someone?
Each Introducer has his/her unique personal referral code, which is displayed on the 'Reward Program' Page. The Introducer can recommend anyone to apply for the X Wallet loan by sharing his/her referral code, referral URL or referral QR code.

E. How to use the referral code?
When logged-in to X Wallet, the Referee can enter the referral code during the X Wallet loan application process; If the Referee used a referral URL or QR code to open X Wallet and apply for an X Wallet loan, the system will verify the identity of both the Introducer and Referee automatically.

F. Is there a limit on the number of referrals?
There is no limit to the number of times to use your referral code. The more friends successfully to be referred, the more generous the prizes will be.

G. How to get the reward?
Within 60 days after the end of the promotion period, Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company) will contact the winner who meets the conditions of the prize reward and notify him/her to receive the prize, the winner has to show the proof of notice meanwhile. If the winner fails to collect the prize in person, he/she must authorize the relevant person in writing to collect it on his/her behalf, and the representative must present (i) his/her ID card, (ii) authorization letter, and (iii) the copy of identity of the winner who receives the prize.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Introducer successfully refers 3 or more referees during the promotion period to apply for the X Wallet loan for the first time and successfully release the loan, then he/she will receive a corresponding prize.
2. The Referee needs to apply for the X Wallet loan within the promotion period, the application is based on the loan contract confirmation time. All date and time-related are subject to the system report. Any delayed loan contract confirmations are not accepted.
3. The program is only available to the holders of Hong Kong identity card who aged 18 or above.
4. The program is only available to X Wallet members, which include Introducer and Referee. The Referee must be the new applicant for X Wallet loan or X Wallet member who has not had an active account of X Wallet loan in the past 12-months period.
5. Each new loan customer can only be referred once. If more than one Introducers referred the same Referee, only the Introducer who has referred the referee to apply X Wallet loan and confirm the loan contract and drawdown successfully will be eligible for the referral reward.
6. The referral code must be entered during the loan application process, the referral code cannot be corrected after the referral code has been accepted, any supplementary is not accepted.
7. The company reserves the right to verify the member's identity. Loan customer will be disqualified from the program if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the member or verify the member’s identity.
8. All personal information collected will abide by the data policies of the company.
9. Once the prize is given out, it cannot be cancelled, changed, transferred, returned, exchanged for cash or redemption under any circumstances, and are subject to the supplier's individual terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the relevant terms and conditions. Except for the responsibilities stipulated by law, the company is not responsible for any loss or damage or personal injury caused by the prize winners (including but not limited to direct or indirect).
10. The company is not a supplier of prizes. The use of prizes is subject to the supplier's terms and conditions. If the winners have any inquiries or complaints about the quality of the prizes or related services, please contact the supplier directly. The company is not responsible. The picture or value of the prize is provided by the supplier and is for reference only. The company is not responsible for the difference between the value and its true selling price in the market.
11. If the company fails to contact the winner within 60 days after the promotion period, or the winner fails to get the prize before the deadline, the winner will be voluntarily given up to receive the prize, and the company reserves the right to deal with the prizes.
12. The supply of prizes is affected by the market and suppliers. The model or color of the prizes will be randomly supplied, and the winners shall not object. If the prize is out of stock in the market, the company will replace it with a gift voucher in the same value, and the winner shall not object.
13. To avoid any conflict of interest, employees and agents of the company cannot participate in the program.
14. The Introducer and the Referee cannot be the same person.
15. The referral method that the Introducer used must be lawful, otherwise, the company has the right to cancel the prize for the Introducer.
16. The Referee must maintain his/her X Wallet loan account in a normal status.
17. The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues that cause the member to delay or missed the submission of an application.
18. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and condition or suspend the program without any prior notice.
19. The company will not accept any liability for any loss due to the Introducer or the Referee failure to follow the instruction of the program.
20. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the member if the personal information provided is found to be fake or breach of the terms and conditions.
21. By participating in the program, each member agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of member, to withdraw the program and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions is found.
