X Wallet $500 Cash Rebates for Selected Customers
- Selected customers who received the promote invitation (Push Notification,Inbox and SMS) on 09 June 2022 will obtain $500 excusive cash offer by login to X Wallet, confirming the new contract and successful drawdown within 14 days.
- $500 cash offer will be released to the “Reward Wallet” within 45 days after the loan contract is confirmed, while the account must be in normal active status (overdue repayments, bad debts, etc. are all considered abnormal accounts) and cannot be fully settled.
- The customer will be notified to get the reward and reward will be released to the "Rewards Wallet" of the customer X Wallet account from 25 July 2022 to 5 August 2022.

Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is only applicable to selected existing customers who have successfully withdraw the X Wallet loan during the promotion period, the promotion application time is subject to the withdrawal time. The time for submitting loan applications is subject to the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Overdue applications will not be accepted.
2. This promotion is only applicable to X Wallet selected existing customers who receive the promote invitation.
3. The company reserves the right to verify the customer's identity. Customer will be disqualified from the offer without prior notice if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customer or verify the customer's identity.
4. All the personal information collected will follow the personal data privacy policies of the company.
5. The offer is not transferable, cancellable and returnable.
6. The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues which cause the customer to delay or miss for submitting an application. The customer cannot make any legal action or investigation to the company.
7. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer or stop this loan promotion program at any time without prior notice. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right of final decision.
8. The company will not be responsible for any loss caused if the customer does not follow the instructions of this loan promotion plan.
9. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the customer and withdraw the rewards if the personal information provided is found to be fake or any actions breach of the terms and conditions.
10. Except ‘Member Get Member Program Promotion’, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotion offers. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right of final decision.
11. By participating in the offer, each customer agrees to be bounded by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the rights to disqualify the eligibility of customer, and withdraw the offer and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions.
12. The account must be in a normal active state (overdue repayments, bad debts, etc. are all considered abnormal accounts) and cannot be settled in order to enjoy the discount.
13. After the system receives the instruction to withdraw the reward, the money transfer will take around 2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) and it will be adjusted according to the individual bank depending on the actual situation.
14. The customer needs to ensure that the receiving bank account entered on the "Referral and Rewards" page is true, correct, valid and owned by the customer. The company will not take any responsibility if the reward cannot be transferred to the account under any circumstances.
15. If the customer closes, cancels or settle his/her X Wallet loan account before the reward is issued, all rewards will be cancelled immediately.
