  • Eligible new customers who successfully apply for X Wallet Express Loan (“X Wallet loan”) for the first time with approved loan amount of HK$30,000 or above, they will entitle for HK$800 cash rebates (“cash rebate”):

  • To enjoy the promotional offer, the above promotion code “XWALLET” must be entered during the loan application, and no subsequent supplements or changes will be accepted.

  • The cash rebate will be issued to new eligible customers within 4-6 weeks after the promotional period upon the loan contract confirmation respectively. The cash rebates will be issued automatically to X Wallet, and will have in-app message to notify customers the completion of the rebate distribution.

  • Customers can log into X Wallet and click the withdraw button in the “Referral & Rewards” page to transfer the rewards. The cash transfer will take about two working days to designated Hong Kong bank account (public holidays or Saturdays and Sundays are not regarded as working days).
Terms and Conditions:
  1. This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 February 2023 to 30 April 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. Eligible new customers who successfully apply for X Wallet personal loan (X Wallet loan) for the first time, with the approved loan amount of HK$30,000 or above during the promotion period, or, who does not have X Wallet loan account within 12 months from the date of confirming the loan contract.
  3. “New customer” refers to those who are not holding X Wallet loan account in past 12 months from the date of confirming the loan contract.
  4. New customers who successfully apply for X Wallet Express Loan for the first time with approved loan amount of HK$30,000 or above, and the daily loan balance need to maintain 50% or above within 90 days upon loan contract confirmation day to entitle HK$800 cash rebate. Refer to Promotion Details section with Examples as above.
  5. The time for submitting loan applications is subject to the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Late applications will not be accepted.
  6. Customer will only entitle this offer once during the promotion period. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers.
  7. The promotion code “XWALLET” must be entered during the loan application, and no subsequent supplements or changes will be accepted.
  8. The offer is neither transferable, cancellable nor returnable.
  9. The company reserves the right to verify the customers’ identity. Customers will be disqualified from the offer without prior notice if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customers or verify the customer's identity.
  10. All the personal information collected will follow the personal data privacy policies of the company.
  11. The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues which cause the customer to delay or miss for submitting an application. The customers cannot make any legal action or investigation to the company.
  12. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer or stop this loan promotion program at any time without prior notice. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right of final decision.
  13. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the customers and withdraw the rewards if the personal information provided is found to be fake or any actions breach of the terms and conditions.
  14. By participating in the offer, each customer agrees to be bounded by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the rights to disqualify the eligibility of customers, and withdraw the offer and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions.
  15. If the customer closes, cancels or settle his/her X Wallet loan account before the reward is issued, all rewards will be cancelled immediately.
  16. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
