The offer is effective only when the loan accounts stay in a normal and active state (overdue repayments, bad debts, etc. are all regarded as abnormal accounts).

How to Use

• To enjoy the offer, customers must enter the above promo code during the loan application process.
• All the interest of X Wallet loan that are generated on the first month will be deducted automatically. The detail of the interest payment and interest deduction will be shown on the monthly statement.

Terms and Conditions

1. The customer needs to apply for the X Wallet loan within the promotion period, the application is based on the contract confirmation time. All date and time related to the activity is subjected to the system report and Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company)’s final decision. Any delayed contract confirmations are not accepted.
2. The offer is only applicable to X Wallet customer who have successfully approved a X Wallet loan and confirmed the loan contract for the first time, OR X Wallet customer have never reactivated and apply the loan within a 12-month period.
3. Each customer can enjoy the offer once in each promotion period.
4. The promo code must be entered during the loan application process, supplementary or correction of the promo code will not be accepted.
5. When the offer becomes valid, the amount of repayment will be deducted from principal directly. No interest will be generated, if all of the principal has been repaid within the first month.
6. The company reserves the right to verify the customer's identity. Customer will be disqualified from the offer if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customer or verify the customer’s identity.
7. All the personal information collected will followed the data policies of the company.
8. The offer is not transferable, cancellable and withdrawable. And the saved interest cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone and other technical issues which cause customer to delay or miss for submitting an application.
10. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer, or stop the offer at any time without prior notice.
