Promotion Detail:

• Eligible new customers who successfully apply for X Wallet Express Loan (“X Wallet loan”) for the first time, entering the promotion code “AL03” during the application process, regardless of the application is approved or not, he/she can obtain $200 Cash Rebate. Reward application is limited to the first 100 applicants on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last and without prior notice.
• Eligible new customers who successfully apply for X Wallet Loan (for the first time with approved loan amount of HK$20,000 or above, they will entitle for HK$900 cash rebates (“cash rebate”): The loan account must be in normal and active status (overdue, write off, frozen are all regarded as abnormal accounts), and the daily loan balance need to maintain 50% or above within 90 days upon loan contract confirmation day to entitle HK$900 cash rebate.
• To enjoy the promotional offer, the above promotion code “AL03” must be entered during the loan application, and no subsequent supplements or changes will be accepted.

Cash Rebates Details:

• The HK$200 cash rebate will be issued within 30 days from the last day of the month in which the loan is applied for and will send an in-app message to notify eligible customers about the completion of the rewards distribution.
• The HK$900 cash rebate will be issued after 90 days from the last day of the month in which the loan contract is confirmed and will send an in-app message to notify eligible customers about the completion of the rewards distribution.

Examples:

• If the customer successfully applies for the loan on 1 Mar 2024, $200 cash rebate will be disbursed on or before 30 Apr 2024.
• If the customer confirms the X Wallet loan contract on 1 Mar 2024, $900 Cash Rebate will be disbursed after 29 Jun 2024.

How to withdraw the rewards :

• Customers can login to X Wallet, click on “Profile” page, select “Bank Cards” and fill in your Hong Kong bank account details. The rewards will be credited to the designated Hong Kong bank account in about two working days (public holidays or Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as working days).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) is valid from 6 Mar 2024 to 31 Mar 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The promotion is only applicable to new eligible customers who successfully apply and confirm the X Wallet loan contract for the first time during the promotion period, where customers who do not have a loan account within 12 months from the date of confirmation of the loan contract.
3. “New customer” refers to those who are not holding X Wallet loan account in past 12 months from the date of confirming the loan contract.
4. To be eligible for the Offer, the Customer must not have earned any X Wallet Reward in the past 60 days from the date of issuance of the Reward.
5. The time for submitting loan applications is subject to the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Late applications will not be accepted.
6. The offer is neither transferable, cancellable nor returnable.
7. To enjoy the promotion, the promotion code must be entered during the loan application process, and no subsequent supplements or changes will be accepted.
8. The company reserves the right to verify the customers’ identity. Customers will be disqualified from the offer without prior notice if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customers or verify the customer’s identity.
9. Reward application is limited to the first 100 applicants on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last and without prior notice.
10. The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues which cause the customer to delay or miss for submitting an application. The customers cannot make any legal action or investigation to the company.
11. All the personal information collected will follow the personal data privacy policies of the company.
12. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer or stop this loan promotion program at any time without prior notice. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right of final decision.
13. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the customers and withdraw the rewards if the personal information provided is found to be fake or any actions breach of the terms and conditions.
14. Customer will only entitle this offer once during the promotion period. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
15. By participating in the offer, each customer agrees to be bounded by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the rights to disqualify the eligibility of customers, and withdraw the offer and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions.
16. If the customer closes, cancels or settle his/her X Wallet loan account before the reward is issued, all rewards will be cancelled immediately.
17. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
